  2. CarPlay is the worst in the 4th Gen

Not sure what one has to do with the other. Guessing you don’t fully understand how beta OS’s work or don’t work with different chipsets. If you even read from Apple, they also warn, do not put beta software on your primary use devices. If you were to walk into the Apple Store and tell them you...

  7. Things that should be standard no-brainer things Toyota didn't do for all Trim levels

what I said was ā€some wayā€ of getting into the bed when the gate is open. I suggested a configurable tailgate, to which you replied the midsizers don’t have it - fine. But the other mid sizers DO have a step built into the bumper to get into the bed of the truck. Tacoma does Not. Think this...
  8. Things that should be standard no-brainer things Toyota didn't do for all Trim levels

I agree with the many points others make. What annoys me and surprises me that nobody else mentions it. Some way to get into the bed of the truck when the tailgate is open. Yes I know there’s an accessory flip down step available. But the big three all offer some sort of configurable tailgate...

  13. What oil to get for our truck?

Advice - The Kirkland 0W20 motor oil will always be cheaper than whatever is on sale at Crappy Tire. And 2-3 times a year the Kirkland oil goes on sale, at under $25 for two 5 litre jugs. The certifications on the Kirkland brand oil are well respected (Dexos certification).

  17. Factory mud flaps should be replaced by dealer

Those mud flaps look very different than the ones we received in Canada. What I know is that they are not a "factory" mudflap. Mudflaps would be a "port" install when they arrive. So different markets would receive different mudflaps. Seems to me I remember a thread here on someone citing the...
