Now smart headlights are required for the plus rating. While the adjustability of the gen 4 lights and the lights are great, I can understand that high bar from driving my wife's car that has smart headlights.
This stuff is really important to use because we lost a family member in an accident...
You can go to a highly qualified tire professional and keep printed reports and receipts for your results. 2x over a long time that was how I resolved problems like this.
I also had an instance with an OEM tire on the edge of spec when the dealer and general Michelin consumer support were not...
Delay gratification, trying stuff and analyzing the pros and cons is what I force on myself.
Everything about the two halo models was great for what they are but they sure stood out as for niches and overkill for even someone like me who is doing work off road fairly often. Just testing in...
I'm smiling on a few levels including maybe I should hire you to help a department I support - stop their Power Query with Excel and make a PowerApp!
A sub-smile for the date data - extra confirmation for my purchase choice and when.
I don't see use mentioned in your post. My shopping was long, I tested several models, and it included the halo models. All the models and grades were nice for their niche. My hesitation was I would not want to have a Trail Hunter as my every day and road trip vehicle even though I actually do...
Speaking from experience with a past pickup, a bolted on receiver or hitch assembly can also damage the frame. It was an earlier era F250 and after body shop time it had alignment and crab walk driving. They could never get it quite right.
Also speaking from experience, I don't know a brand...
Yes, sort of a BS article if one looks at the recalls and NTSB complaints lists across the brands. Same for the obvious illustrations of people who've failed or not had a stats 101 class. By that I mean the small number of transmission TSB vehicles against nearly 200,000 sold.
I don't totally...
The tank size is annoying at times but even my purchase point in July in addition to looking at the spec ahead of time had this matter known. The list of what makes my 4th gen good and superior to the competition outweighs the sometimes annoying matter.
A 2024 F150 achieves the IIHS top safety pick that is a Tacoma advantage and I get your point on the bed length. Most mid and full-sized were unacceptable to me for 5 and 5.5 ft beds. Sadly and hopefully turned around are the recent Ford quality broadly - recalls, actual problems etc... I know...
The guy's title is a little strong but I get the all of it. I also chuckle at other aspects that include some reluctance with my return to owning a pickup because my Kenworth was a real tuck and my decisions were for a few years of needing a pickup truck or trailer too often to rent.
On what...
Beyond where we all are with income and assets will be my boomer hat speaking now. There is a lot of success envy and jealousy. I saw that started around 1980 and germinated way beyond punk music. Now it has grown much more and I'm sure it is aggravated by how hard it is to have income and...
Thanks for sharing.
When I pulled the trigger TripleAlinters was a little less expensive and other reviews had me think would be similar. So far no regrets. Their coverage is more like your Lasfit. One little spot could fit better if I took hot air blower to it but it is not really a problem...
I think you missed the gas cap change made by most all of the industry. The hard to or can't syphon fuel tank system with no locking cap has a net benefit of people not getting more damage from criminals and returning to some simplicity.
A larger gas tank would be nice.
With sales of the segment down and inventory on lots again, everything with Tacoma sales might be just about right even if total unit sales are less than some prior years.

I was not aware of those and sit not sure I want running boards or something else but my use for sure shows dirt build up there. I would appreciate knowing part numbers and how they are with a long bed. Thank you.
They with others have a big drop in their China market where a lot of people don't seem to know that is the biggest auto market by far. In a domestic sense, it is generally not good for an auto maker to fail just for manufacturing capacity relative to defense. Those seem like reasons for a...
Are you saying it has broken or failed and Toyota hasn't repaired to stood behind it?
An associate with near same as mine and I notice the 8 speed has its version of characteristics other 8-10 speed automatics have. You can notice a shift what seems like milliseconds of stopping, directional...
I haven't yet (5000 mi) had any signs of pinging I've indeed experienced with the two other turbo vehicles we've had personally. A tank of no ethanol high octane and blend high octane did not get me any performance or boosted fuel economy that was cost effective. I didn't need more pep when just...
6 months, 5000 miles, and the all of it a very nice improvement over several 4x4 and pickups I've had in my life. No problems or quirks outside of ones similar to past new vehicle or new model purchases.
There are few simple or inexpensive solutions for this. My searches yielded little or stuff more expensive than I have in mind. I can look at past notes later if it is pertinent. I'd appreciate knowing what you might find.
