The full Weathertech kit (front and rears) is now available on their website as of this morning for double cab auto non-hybrid. Expensive, but like you mentioned worth the investment long term.
Dang that is a wild lead time after allowing the fitment updates to be publicly shared here months ago. Missed opportunity on their part. Weathertech it is..
Let's place bets which accessory becomes available first: these mats or the OEM 6ft bed mat?
I'm optimistically picking the OEM bed mat 😅
Made it through summer with the OEM carpet mats, but not sure I can wait any longer with fall wet weather fast approaching. About to give up and go with Weathertech 😕
Their customer service was clueless when I reached out last week.
This question has come up a few times. Myself and others have also discovered these connectors and aren't sure what they go to. Ultimately someone who has access to both an upgrade/premium package truck and base truck would need to validate if terminated connectors in the base truck are the same...
I previously owned Nitto Terra Grappler G2s to try to save weight and stick with a decent brand. Huge mistake. They were also terrible in wet conditions and felt hazardous at times. I could slide on command in rain with an AWD Jeep GC.
So far so good with the stock BFGs A/Ts in rain. Hoping to...
Found a diagram of the 3rg Gen Tundra that showed 33 ft/lb.
These should all be snug, but definitely not overtightened to avoid stripping the pressed bolt grooves (not so much the threads). Same is true for front spacer kits that have new top bolts like the Readylift kit.
I've been wondering how long it was going to take for something like this to be designed after seeing the first failure a few months ago. Great to see it's being addressed in aftermarket. Thanks for sharing!
Looks awesome! I'll be going this route or AT4Ws in the same size once I wear through the stock tires.
Interested to hear how your mpgs play out over time.
Bummer, was out there a few weeks ago. Not sure when we'll be back.
I noticed two other 4G's in Eastsound when we were grabbing dinner.. no clue if they were local though.
It's a beautiful area to explore during the summer!
It's easier to pull off if you pop that smaller trim piece off first. Gives a little bit better visibility of what's happening too. It's all clips, but there's also a single bolt at the bottom of the plastic piece that I removed so I didn't snap the plastic.
Was a little sketchy the first...
Truck looks great, glad you're enjoying it so far! I've yet to see bronze oxide in person but it keeps looking better and better in photos!
Had a similarly poor experience with the finance guy going through the same spiel. Extended warranty, ppf, windshield insurance, blah blah blah.... They...
Going to post a somewhat lengthy update here because I've added several products since the last update and I've mentioned comments about these in other threads..
TL;DR -
BillieBars customer service is outstanding
Realtruck (Bak) changed their tonneau mounting design and customer service is bad...
