Assuming it’s the speaker….I had to wait 10 months to receive second key fob for ‘23 Tundra. Sell me the Tacoma without the portable speaker, and ship the speaker to me next month. I’m sure that’s too simple though:)

I’m being told mine is on vehicle confirmation hold, moved to this status 2 days ago. Dealer says the last 2 Tacomas they received moved to this stage, just before shipment…we’ll see.

When your trucks went on Hold, were they removed from dealer website? About 2 weeks ago, my truck disappeared from dealers online site. That’s also the date of last update on the Allocation Spreadsheet.

On the Tundra, surround sound is located at the bottom of the Levels screen, below System Voice and Driving assist volumes. Wonder if those settings are adjustable on Tacoma, or factory preset?

I know exactly what you mean, we have a 2015 LX570 with Mark Levinson. The JBL system, is not even close to ML sound, but it was decent enough not to replace in the Tundra. Much improved over previous years JBL sound, IMO.

Not sure if the new Tacoma JBL system is same as the new Tundra, but I’ve been happy with the JBL in the Tundra after adjusting the settings. If this system has the Surround sound setting, I’d suggest turning it off. Makes a big difference.
