I like the beefiness of the Toyota front recovery points but, to be honest, I think these look much easier for attaching a rope or shackle. Mine are a little more difficult to access but then, I'm an old fart and EVERYTHING is more difficult....LOL

You have probably already done this but I would pull the panels again and confirm there are no loose or unconnected wires/harnesses in the areas you were working. I know pulling interior panels can take a little cajoling, just a thought. Good luck!!

Agreed and I'd add, not all dealerships are the same. Do your research and find a small, locally owned dealer who doesn't add dealer markups and unwanted add-ons. Their service departments tend to be more honest too.

Yah, don't think that's normal, just got back from a 2200mi trip to New Mexico with no howling. Speeds were between 55 and 85 mph, with snow, rain, and dry roads. I wouldn't be happy either. Good luck and let us know how it turns out. I have 8800mi total on the truck.

Unless you have worked as a salesman, you may not really appreciate the above words. Back when I was 19, I gave car sales a try, definitely not for me but I do remember how hard it was to put a deal together that made everyone happy.

You can't look back. I bought mine back in August of last year. There wasn't much inventory then but sales weren't great and I got a decent deal. Could I have made a better deal now, with slow sales and higher inventory, probably. Then again, I wouldn't get what I did on my trade now either...
