My 2012 Genesis R-Spec had adaptive cruise, and other than a MINI I owned for a couple of years, my two other cars also had it. There’s just no going back to the old cruise system. Not having to worry about your car speeding out of control on downhills is a big plus also.

Mine are Genies, the old one on my side and the new one in my wife’s. The LEDs don’t even have to be on the opener itself. Mine are directly behind it on the garage ceiling and they interfere. They work now, but I suspect it does cause range issues.

Some dealers refused to take deposits on the hybrids until pricing was announced, so I can see how someone may be first on the list this week or last.
