Added. Put a deposit on a LC back in August, changed it to a Tacoma when I realized the Limited is more or less the same sans a few options. Not picky about the colour at all other than no red. Would prefer Boulder interior though.
Worth it in my experience. Modern vehicles have too many electronics that can fail. While Toyota is reliable, things can still go wrong. This is especially true for a new model with added electronics. We bought a used 2020 Lexus GX460 with the Lexus ECP and the blind spot monitor on the...
There is no way the hybrid will be $10k more. The Limited hybrid should be about $10k more than the model in the states, which puts it at around $65k CAD, since the Limited Hybrid should be about $55k ($52k + $3k). If it is a $10k increase versus the gas limited, that would put it at $72k ($52k...
Those definitely aren't the numbers that were leaked. The LC #s are on the Canadian website at 8.7 l/100km combined, unless there was something else recently.
No, it is still there on the Toyota Canada page where it was first published.
Should be similar given the Land Cruiser is probably heavier than the Tacoma.
I’m not the one that said anything about the Ranger. I was agreeing with you and saying the other person who quoted you talking about Ford products was using anecdotes.
People will keep bringing their anecdotal stories of owning every manufacturer; one worked for them while another didn't. It isn't data driven whatsoever, but they will convince themselves that one brand is better than another because of their own experience.
I mean, configurator or not, the pricing is out there for Canada already, sans the hybrid models.

I'm thinking the mid Land Cruiser to come in the mid 70s in Canada (everything made in Japan always has a 14-20k premium in Canada vs the US and the base LC in the US is mid 50s, so the mid should be 60 at least). GX should bump up to low 80s to start here. Limited Tacoma is hybrid only in...
Has Toyota not always had a price premium, even on the previous gen compared to the others? I thought I recall reading that. I'm not sure if it was as big of a gap as it is now though.
Where has it been shown working with a driver/key profile?
I would think it would be explained in the manuals somewhere if it were included, but it is not.
On the limited, how did they omit memory seats? Seams like such a miss given all the other features. I’m between a limited Tacoma and a mid trim Land Cruiser, but up in Canada I’m thinking 62-65k for the limited with the land cruiser likely into the 70s. Other than that, power telescoping...
In all their other vehicles, it has to have the buttons on the door for it to work with the profiles. Until someone confirms otherwise, I'm assuming it isn't included.
I don't think so. Doesn't look like rain sensing wipers either. Odd that you would include a HUD in the Limited, but not memory seats or rain wipers. Perhaps it crosses over with the Tundra too much at that point.
