This happened to me when I tried to close my tailgate with the new Diamondback HD installed before it had time to break in ā I turned truck off and on and it was fine after
Obviously not much, but we do a couple times a year. In any event this is a purely theoretical issue that nobody on Tacomaworld or Reddit has ever mentioned and they discuss the most inane theoretical issues with the truck. I would very seriously consider not worrying about it.
Compared to the stock tires, how do the KO3s feel in terms of ride comfort, particularly do they feel super stiff? I cannot find many options in C load or lower in this size. I know Es are stiffer so curious how they feel on the TH.
All that water literally goes into the same gutter that takes the water to behind the front wheels and to the ground, whether itās the cowl or cowl gap. It is never a totally sealed off deal on any vehicleāit all goes to the same spot. I think people donāt understand this. Watch any video of...
Anyone notice that the paint at the corners of the hood looks weird underneath? Like itās not smooth in those corners? Doesnāt bother me that much but curious if this is everyone or just me.
These are very light for their size. A KO3 would be about 60 and 66 pounds, respectively. If you stick with the stock size of 265/70/18, a whole world of SL loads open up and you can get a Falken AT4W at only 50 pounds. I find that once you go over stock size shit gets heavy. (I just canāt...
I got a Diamondback HD bed cover that calls for the plastic bed cap to be removed for the fitting of shims. I just realized the TH has the integrated bed lights in that plastic cap. Any idea how they are wired? I donāt want to damage anything removing the plastic bed cap.
Also, anyone know how...
I went by DT to look at the KO3s in 275/70/18 and they are surprisingly so much bigger in diameter than the stock wranglers. I put them right up against my rim. But the width looks the same. They are very nice tires. 285s must be massive.
Appreciate that man. I ran it for 10 minute to get coffee, took it home shut it off for about 15 and itās reading pretty close to normal now only barely above the line. No clue dude lol. Sigh. The curse of an OCD tacoma owner. Average person would never notice or care
Anyway itās still...
Exactly. Iām really not trying to split hairs. I want it to be within a range of normal. Iām wondering if the engine will just naturally burn off the excess over time if I should go back (again) to the dealer. I sent the photos by email and asked them to show to the master tech.
