Mine has done this a few times - did any of you get resolution or did you end up with bad transmissions? Curious if this is tied to all the transmission problems.
One thing I will suggest is getting Carista and monitoring transmission temps. Mine are consistently between 100 and 200 degrees. That seems normal but Iāll test it further next month off road. If you guys monitor temps please report
Yāall need to zoom out a little. Iām going to install my HD Diamondback bed cover this weekend and my custom plates. Letās keep each other posted on transmission issues.
Iām sure itās in their 2025 business plan. But seriously, Iām an all or nothing guy. Iām in until Iām out. If I get stuck on a trail and Toyota doesnāt make it 100% right for me, Iām out. And Iāll make it clear to them how much future business they lost because I spend stupid money on trucks...
I noted the TSB and that I am stuck with a transmission thatās acting weird (I gave them the detailed symptoms). I mentioned how far my ranch is from civilization and how much money I spent on the truck and how it just simply sucks. She said document everything with the dealership and she was...
Couple things. The newer hybrid I drove did not do the little weird lurching thing at a stop so I feel like they fixed something.
For gas mileage, when I crossed 2,000 miles something happened .. it got smoother and more efficient. I am absolutely crushing on mileage right now. I think Iām...
0% chance you will be in range because we are already over 4,000 trucks beyond the TSB - I donāt know the date but itās around the 6,400 serial number mark
Ok - I just test drove a hybrid in the 10,000+ VIN range - so outside the TSB. Gary is right ( @Gfenza89 ) - it does not do what my truck does when I stop. I think my transmission is impacted. It has not gotten worse but I think itās impacted. I called brand engagement and they documented...
Anyone know if thereās a physical data screen I can buy that ties into Carista so I can have a constant display while driving instead of having to look at my phone
Oh shit really? Just found out about them here. Iāve been researching that tire like crazy and see nothing but good things. I love the Falkens and KO3s but I donāt want all that weight. Toyos are also a good option but I think the Nokians are better in the wet. I may go with the 275/70/18...
Nokian makes a really light AT in 295/70/18 ⦠58.4 pounds. Would be awesome. Iāll wait and see. Iām going to go for RokBlokz, so I assume I should get the high clearance version
