As usual, we waste zero time with the upgrades.

Please ignore my temp budget bed rug :giggle:
Looks great! Just curious why you choose 5/8 over a 1/2 hole antenna mount? Just more mount/cable options?
Good call on holding the hood. Sometimes I mark it with a sharpie just in case.
The best no-spill method is to make a little paper funnel to help not spill on the skid, or do a Fumoto valve with a piece of hose after your first change. That is what I've done on all my personal trucks to date.
Yeah, we tried to make the rack wide enough to accept most covers, on our truck we are running this: https://realtruck.com/p/truxedo-truxport-tonneau-cover/v/toyota/tacoma/2024/

Maybe 3 backups? Sliders were tight to the passenger (inside corner) rock in the end. Driver's rear was light but wasn't dangerously so. If I were to do it again I'd probably take it as wide as possible and make it 4 backups. It was my first time in a mid-size there, so I was taking Jeep lines.

Running the RoofNest Sparrow 2. It's been great so far. Fast to deploy and break down. https://roofnest.com/products/sparrow-2?_pos=3&_fid=29fbe35e8&_ss=c
No particular order. Midside, four-door truck on Black Bear Pass was interesting. I was taking the two tight switches like a Jeep, and quickly had to figure a new strategy. Wasn't a problem, took a couple more turns than usual :ROFLMAO:
It should not be an issue at all, but I will verify for you tomorrow. They are currently shooting a front bumper install video on our 4G.
On my 3G I have my faceplate on my dash mount with magnets. Works awesome. Our dash mount for the 4G is behind the screen though, so I will have to figure...
We haven't installed a radio in the 4g Taco, but we do make a mount that works with both ditch lights and antennas (1/2" hole.) I actually switched to this mount setup in my 3G Taco as well.

Ours with S2 or similar size lights are super low profile.

But even with Squadrons, I don't really notice them driving.
Yeah, not a huge strength loss with the logo and vent holes. We've done some pretty extensive real-world testing of our underbody armor over the years (skids, sliders, etc...) and that spot has never really been an issue.
