  1. Rotating full size spare - TPMS?

He can’t do it by himself. These are take offs and he does not have the ids to load them. They are installed in the tire. He does have a tool to scan and get the ids.
  2. Rotating full size spare - TPMS?

Oh and the cost should be about $25 if not free. It takes 5 min and most local shops around here would do it for free if you are nice and they think they will get your business in the future.
  3. Rotating full size spare - TPMS?

Ok now that I understand what you are trying to do. You do need an OBD relearn TPMS tool to do the job. You need a shop that does a lot of tires as they would have needed to add the 2024 into their scanners. If you have a Discount Tire nearby go there. If not tell your local shop to do the...

  6. The Best Canbus-Decoding turn signal for 4th Gen Tacoma! - Explore Photos & Videos

In auto they are only a tiny bit brighter of a turn signal. They are a cheap mod but I keep my lights on auto all the time so they really are worthless to me. No DRL, no amber, no white nothing in auto other than acting as the normal turn signal in amber and really only a little brighter.
  7. Rotating full size spare - TPMS?

You do not have a TPMS sensor in your spare. You could certainly add one and any reputable tire shop could do that and then do a relearn adding the 5th TPMS into the trucks system via a TPMS tool with OBD connection. It should cost about $25 or free if you bought the sensor from them...
  8. Where to find pin out or wiring diagram

Already sent him a DM but I don't think he is on here any longer hence why I asked the general forum.
  9. Where to find pin out or wiring diagram

Looking for some help to find a wiring diagram or pin out for a specific switch. This switch is actually for a Tundra with factory power steps. However I want to use this switch for my Rough Country power steps that I got installed to make it a cleaner factory look. It has 6 pins and I am just...
  10. New Tacoma Incoming

Finally my Rough Country steps came in. Got them and the Rough Country leveling kit installed. I am very happen with the leveling kit. Wife is very happy about the steps. At 6'2" and just step in the truck and need to make sure I don't bang my ankle on them and cuss too much.
  11. Hood Scoop LED Lights -- DIY install how-to (instructions w/ photos)

Great DIY write up if this is your thing for sure. I’d pass but not my truck.
  12. I don’t understand the hype

Sounds like someone didn’t take a test drive.
  13. TRD decal removal from rear quarter panel - tips?

Honestly I did mine the day it came home. It was sitting outside in about 80 degrees. They peeled right off and left a tiny bit of this white residue that came off with my thumb just rubbing it. Took no joke 5 minutes for both.
  14. Square or round amber marker lights (raptor lights) for grille?

Option D. Three rectangular in the middle above the Toyota badge or hard pass. I don’t think that is going to look good on the right and left. Too far apart from each other but it is your truck. Do what you like as you are the only one that has to like it.
  15. TRD Off Road Hybrid, keep the front air dam or kick it to the curb.

I see zero pros of leaving it on. The mpg change was nothing on vs off. Con for leaving on is going to be an issue in the snow of any meaningful inches. Another con that might be a pro based on preference is it is ugly as hell. Only you can decide that.
  16. Not sure if this is the correct thread but look at the picture and tell me if this is normal. It is the same on both sides.

Mine looks the same. It is a rubberized material in that channel. I assume it is where the roof racks would mount and either partially gets removed or needs to be that way for a good seal. IDK.
  17. A very boring stealth radar detector install

Clearly sensitive about your install I see. Maybe if you are going to post on a public forum and don't like the reply that wasn't being an a$$ at all because the picture you show has NOTHING forward facing you should actually read your post instead of the name calling. Enjoy your radar...
  18. 285/70/R17 BFG KO2's + Method Standard 17 x 8.5 +25 ET + stock suspension

Nice. Can we get a perfect side view right down the side so I can see how much it sticks out? Only thing from keeping me upgrading yet. I want totally flush and have not found the perfect wheel and wheel offset yet.
  19. A very boring stealth radar detector install

Well not so boring as the first time I think anyone has EVER mounted a radar designed to be forward facing to face rear and blocking any forward facing warning in the rear headrest. I have been on car and radar detector forums for about 33 yrs and this is a first. Bravo and I thought I have...
