  1. What is the tire pressure for 285/70/17?

285 70 17 Wildpeak LT 32 all 4 corners. I started with 35...little harsh but what do you expect for a LT. If I wanted a smoother ride I would have gone P rated...but I like the ability to air down for sand and rocks if need be.
  2. 20 HP / 14 lb-ft torque gain from 91 Octane gas on Tacoma Gas Engine 2.4 i-Force (dyno tested by Stillen)

I run 33s and after reading this I'll try a tank of 91 seeing as I'll I've run for the last 6k miles is 87.
  3. Muslogy Mudflaps

Nice review. Looks like a quality product. For those of us that run a larger tire ...the gap between the fender flare and the flap it's self is an issue. I have been waiting for a set from RekGen but they seem to be slow to release the 4th gen flaps. Rally Armour and RokBlok are other options...
  4. Manual Clutch Smell

I took my 4th gen out into the wild this past week for it's first off road adventure. Was a learning curve for sure. I smelled clutch a couple of times until I (As TacoFreak mentions) started to abruptly engage the clutch keeping the rpm higher. I was rock crawling in most instances and found...
  5. Aftermarket Mud Guard / Flaps Opinions?

If you wheel you'll rip them off anways...if your looking for paint protection then spend the money...its cheaper that a paint job.
  6. 6MT OR Does Eastern Slope of the Rockies

    I have a 24 OR Mt with a locker.
  7. Hood splash when stopping

Just the sign of a well waxed/sealed vehicle. Want to prevent it? Put an ugly ass bug defector on it and that will solve your problem. Me? I'd rather just turn my wipers on.
  8. Mud flaps

I'm sure an aftermarket solution would be 1...less expensive and 2...provide superior protection. Until I see a quality option I'll keep her off the gravel for now.
  9. Ordered my 1st ever Toyota - 2024 Tacoma TRD Off Road Premium, and starting to worry 😬

What one has to remember is that the majority of YouTubers are journalists (Like TFL idiots) that have zero mechanical background or inclination. As mentioned before some have preconceived notions before they evaluate a vehicle regardless of the brand. I can only say the following...I drove...
  10. Worksport AL3 Pro tonneau cover installed

Wondering how it seals up front and at the tailgate. Oh and the price?
  11. 2024 Tacoma 4th Gen Color Allocations Popularity (based on inventory)

This is why my solar octane unicorn won't be here until July
  12. TRD OR STOCK TIRES PSI - OMGGGG

I find sales people are not "car people" The LT's on my 4Runner have a max pressure 48psi and I wouldn't dream of running them that high...let alone the p rated slicks that come on a stock Tacoma.
  13. Factory Tonneau Cover part number - for both 5 and 6 foot beds

Not an option on the 3rd gens....that style anyways. I have the Hard Fold style which is garbage.
  14. Factory Tonneau Cover part number - for both 5 and 6 foot beds

Hopefully Toyota has raised their tonneau cover game. The factory one on my 3rd Gen is garbage. Warped leaks ect...
  15. Toyota hard and soft tonneau covers now available says dealer

I have a factory hard cover on my 3rd Gen and I would never buy one again. Junk. Panels warp and it hasn't been water tight since day one. Just a FYI!
