That pic is from a trail that runs from Moab to some switchbacks on Shafer Trail. The road leading up to Shafer is Potash Rd and it offers some sick views. Yeah I'm just rocking the stock mats that the TRD Pro came with for now, but honestly they lack good coverage and don't lay super flat!
I've been taking my Taco everywhere since I got it, including in a couple of hours! I gotta say the stock mats haven't been the greatest at keeping it clean inside!
I get this same exact sounding rattle in my TRD Pro whenever I accelerate. I'm sure its also happening over bumps but its very reproducible even just by accelerating. I haven't tried the solution posted in this thread yet though. Have you guys found any other causes/fixes?
Waiting to see what any Denverites have to say on the matter. This is my first truck and I've always been fine with all season tires on my previous cars. But open to changing that up, still have the stock ones on for now.
It's very finicky for me as well, even with wifi and bluetooth on sometimes it won't connect. What I do to fix it is I got into settings in the media console, select devices, and then select my phone (it'll say "passive"), then the option for use for android auto will be deselected for some...
Honestly my mpg has been pretty ass in my TRD Pro. When I got it it was like 13.8 now its up to like 15.1. I also don't think I drive like a maniac but I'm also not super conservative either. I drive in normal and eco. I would say its been 90% city driving and when I drive on the highway it...
Hey guys, I went ahead and installed the Rough Country Tonneau cover on my TRD Pro. It looked very similar to the OEM but priced a bit better so I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I gotta say it looks and functions really well so far and the install itself was pretty straight forward...
I'm loving my TRD Pro so far, but I only have about 400 miles on it. Keeping a close eye on this thread to know what to lookout for in case this problem pops up with mine. That being said, I'm confident Toyota would do right considering everything is under warranty.
I just ordered the Rough Country one. It was the cheapest that still had the ability to fold all the way up and the same low profile as the OEM. I'll let you guys know how it fits.

I too would like to know if Hybrids have had this problem. I'm at 235 miles and trying to break it in properly, will do an initial oil change at 500 and 2000 miles probably.
Crap, now I have to try to put another 800 miles on it before i tow an ATV with it in two weeks. Completely forgot about the break in. Thankfully only had to highway drive 78 miles to get it home from the dealer. How terrible would it be if I tow something before the 1k miles?
Anyone know where...
