Not a bad color but I think Terra outclasses it. I saw a video once where a guy called this type of color (i think it was sand dune or something, on the Colorado) hearing aid brown and i haven't been able to think of it differently lol. Still, it's not bad. Can't wait till they bring back Lunar...
Yeah I plan on doing my first oil change at 500 miles and then 1500 or 2000. Then every 5000 miles after that. Overkill? Maybe, but who gives a crap when you consider how much these trucks cost.
Yeah the dealer didn't let me add it on as an option on my Pro. Some bs about "the build being closed" or something, they just added a bunch of stuff I didn't ask for like the dash cam. Oh well.
I'm also in Colorado and I've also been following timelines pretty closely and trying to get updates from my dealer, although my sales person doesn't seem to know much about the process at all.
Here's what I know so far, my temp vin ended in RT20B888, so it should've been built the 20th week of...
Color is obviously subjective but....Terra is the best TRD Pro color outside of the unattainable Lunar Rock lol. Saw the Tundra in Terra and wow. I didn't like Terra at first and then it grew on me, it looks amazing.
Ah ok that makes sense. Does the basic remote connect let you control the temperature? They need to be a bit more transparent tbh. $89 for life...seems pretty reasonable.
Did you manage to take off the Bed Rack? I'm not seeing it on there anymore. I've got the Terra TRD Pro from the same dealer (ft morgan location) and they shafted me with $1.8k in PIO. I don't mind them too much...but given the option I probably would've gone no spray on bed liner....no $500...
Where do you see that info? Just checked on Toyota's site and it's a little hard to determine the yearly price with so many options. If it was $90 a year and free after that then it might be worth it. But I'm never going to pay a perpetual monthly fee for features on a car I've already...
What's the actual payload number on these? Haven't been able to find exact numbers for the TRD Pro, I'd love to use it to haul my ATV but I'm also concerned about exceeding the limit, I've seen limit of like 1000lb but not sure if that's correct. ATV is 600lbs stock, throw in some fatter tires...
I can't believe the white/yellow fog lights aren't standard on the TRD Pro smh. No scene lighting, no air compressor, but $1k more than the TH lol. How much can the fox suspension be vs the old man emus?? How much are the ISODygimmick seats??
Pro
-ISO Dynamic seats
-Fox suspension
TH
- Snorkel...
Do you guys know if the MTS options are different for TRD Pro vs Trailhunter? Haven't seen any videos cycling through the MTS on the Trailhunter, only the Pro. Doug mentioned the Rock option while reviewing the Trailhunter but he might have misspoke.
Don't pay over MSRP dude, screw that dealer. Check out this thread and ask about purchasing if that's what you want https://www.tacoma4g.com/forum/threads/inventory-update-3-12-24-3000-below-msrp-deals-on-2024-tacomas-%F0%9F%92%B5-purchase-leasing.2039/
I put my deposit down with McDonald Toyota in Fort Morgan. They told me the Greeley location got a TRD Pro allocation as well. And they mentioned a Trailhunter allocation too so I wouldn't be surprised if every dealer is getting them now.
