Wahhh, thats what I thought. It looks like it uses the same surface \ side \ mounting holes for the ARB recovery point. I guess i can just remove that one side, meh, decisions.
Given that the OEM one (PT392-35920) is rediculously priced, as expected. I finally came across a few aftermarkets on Amazon. They look pretty much identical in parts\design from what i can tell.
Does anyone know though, do any of these bed steps (even OEM) work if you have the ARB recovery...

Installed Diode Dynamics SS3 Pod ditch lights. Created a quick wiring harness for now to Aux 2 and 3 buttons. Got tons of other lighting plans so will need to figure that long term wiring plan.
Sorry, yes i optd for the red version. I do like all black\clear concepts. But alot of the time they look cheap with that smoked\off white plastic. Alot of low quality aftermarket lights are designed like that. And theres just enough sliver of red that made it pop for me so i didnt mind it.
Attempting to answer some of your previous questions.
Having or not having powered tail gate doesnt matter. The lights arrive in the form of your vehicle not having that option. Its just a blank peice of plastic there. If you have the powered tailgate you need to break that piece off and then...
Hopefully this will suffice. I lowered the exposure on some to try to show the true red color and not so much orange the other photos show.
Will answer your other questions after work.
I dont see where RC cab panel requires drilling. They all seem to use the same brackets behind the rail and then a bracket to mount to the bolt\bracket thats in the bed in each corner.
