You could pick up a relocation kit from GGOffroad and move the digital rear view as well. I did this with my cap and it's been great. No matter how much you put in the bed, you still have a rear view mirror.
The range is stupid short. I was able to remote start with the fob when my truck was outside and I could see it through the Window. At least we have that much. My wife's Subaru is app only.
OEM Tires from any brand are always a bit lacking. In the Trailhunter case, you have Territory RT tires. They are light and look chunky or sure... also not bad tires. But the real RT tires are the Duratrac RT. That's what I run. They are 10 Ply and HEAVY though. Some of the off roading I...
No issues on mine. Sometimes I have to hit the button on the steering wheel to get it to listen, but never an issue. The only problem I have is that it doesn't mute music when it talks. I'm sure that's a Toyota problem, because it worked fine on my 21 F150. Hopefully they fix that. I've had...
It's your truck... do you like them? Raptor lights were made for vehicles that were too wide. They're even on Ranger Raptors in the EU or the same reason. Out Trucks aren't wide. I have Fang lights, still not sure on those but I get a lot of compliments. Make your Truck your own. I think...
I have tire pressure problems with every vehicle in the winter since I've had alloy wheels. Always happens. What's driving me crazy right now is the TPMS sensor that Goodyear put in my spare. Now that it's cold, it shows low all the time. Just like 28 or 29 psi. I'll add air, but eventually...
Well, I think they did both :). I think they care about the people who bought them. They made the Truck perfect for the demographic as well as squeezing the most money out of us at the same time. Not mad about that... Companies exist to make money.
Haven't had this one clunk, but every part time 4wd vehicle I've ever had did it now and again. It has to do with the current state of the drive line. I would say it's probably normal.
I finally got my garage renovation done (Tacoma needed a nice home  ) and now that I'm trying to get my Homelink setup in my mirror, it simply won't work. I follow the directions and it says the programming worked, but it won't open the door. It's an older Genie Intellicode 2. My...
I'll have to try this! I've had this problem with mud and snow. Mud when I was offroading and hit some very muddy areas. Today, one sensor had some ice coating it and shut down the whole system. Not sure why they can't just indicate that one sensor is occluded and keep the others going...
Westcott is a nice kit. I think Peak makes a similar kit, but I believe the materials are inferior. If you do get it, and plan to do it yourself, DM me for some tips. The OR is different than the video they posted. The shocks are different.
I think I got 3. Keep in mind, the one pigtail with multiple wires covers all 3 switches. The white wire is ground. I forget which one is which for the others, but there's a diagram. I ended up making DT Ends for each and splitting the ground between them. The pigtail with only 1 wire is to...
That's a lot of money for some stickers. Before I did my Trailhunter gril, I plasti dipped my emblem and it looked OEM. If I needed to do the other stuff, I'd do that before I spent $147 on stickers.
