ft-lb x 12 = in-lb. Looks like your wrench is minimum 3.7 ft-lb so you should be ok if that's where you set it. I didn't see any available near me that went that low in ft-lb so I did an in-lb wrench.

Definitely takes 2 people. And you do want the correct torque wrench so that you don't over-tighten everything. Took about 3 hours to assemble.

On and bolted down. Unfortunately, they were out of wiring harnesses so I couldn't hook up the brake light yet.

Yes. It's in the settings for the instrument display. Here's an overview of how to make changes. There is a "fuel economy" setting which controls whether to use average since reset or average for trip. There is an acceleration setting for the cruise control with high/mid/low.

Loctite and JB Weld both have epoxy glues designed for plastics. Loctite also has a 2-component superglue for plastics. I've used the Loctite epoxy, and it worked well, but it wasn't in a high stress application.
