Maybe if it's not fixed to the dash with the adhesive strips, it would move witht he display and not with the dash, which might put undo pressure on the display. Then again, if fixed with the adhesive strips, it might actually act as a brace for the display making the display mount more solid...

@Zekzoop, Mine does and it's the iForce Max Limited, I don't know if the regular Limited does or not, but I would suspect it does. I would think the TRD Pro and Trailhunter do also, but would have to hear from an owner of one of those models to verify.

I could have gotten Crush Blue Limited with the Graphite interior, but we had a light leather interior on a previous vehicle and the edges of the seat bottoms turned blue from sitting in them while wearing jeans! We went with the black to prevent that from happening.
