This device works as a preamp. So as the factory system rolls off bass this amp will also roll of bass the same amount. All it does is provide a higher voltage to the JBL amp. It cannot change roll off of frequencies.

This is the biggest rip off in the world. 2000 dollars... its about triple the price of doing it yourself and save basically no time. Also the amp only has 4 channel output. Meaning the other 6 channels are still running off the jbl amp most likely. Waste of money.

Are you planning on running all new speaker wire through the truck? The door woofers and dash speakers are wired in parallel. So they would use less channels and require inline crossovers unless you plan on running new wire throughout the truck.
