Make sure you have the power tailgate turned on in your dashboard settings. If it’s not on, it will go down fine but not back up.

Mine does but only when using Apple CarPlay. I live in CarPlay so it’s all good for me.

Same here. I made them send me the PDI punch list and low and behold the tire pressure was checked. Made me question every check mark on there and if it was actually inspected. My ride got smoother instantly when put to correct psi.

Totally agreed. At the very least it should say where you hit the buy button the status of availability.

Well, got the PDI from service manager and of course tire pressure box was checked. Which tells me that there could be much more on that list that is checked off but really wasn’t actually inspected. Lost trust in that service department.
