So just got a new trailer but every time I got to use the manual trailer brake switch it tells me the trailer has disconnected and in my dashboard on the trailer brake gain area it acts like there’s no brake which there clearly is. What am I doing wrong what should I try to do? Thanks

Bought some fang lights from AliExpress for 70$ a couple weeks ago and I installed them but I can’t control the rgb function with the app and I can’t get any support from China.
