I'll concur with the reset being caused by shifting from park during the loading process of the infotainment. I had never connected the dots with that being the case. I also have the tsb for the multimedia screen but haven't gotten around to getting it fixed yet.

I ended up using a chalk bag after a recc' from another forum user. No issues with rigidity or otherwise for the same cost.

This is a good guide for general mpg 'hacks' As for 4th gen tacomas, I've found keeping your tire pressure at mid 30s, driving at the speed limit to keep RPMs low, as well as just being light on the pedal when pulling away. On the new trucks it can take quite some time for your mileage estimate...

How is the MPGs OP? Obviously you've doing pull tests and you have plenty of aftermarket parts but curious how this sort of setup will do. How much damage does this hit at the pump and to your time to lix the fuel?

Any particular reason you're getting rid of the Pirellis?/ What are you replacing them with?

I have mine set up the same way and it will still switch up on me. Best trigger I've found is whether I set it while in drive vs park. Whenever I switch between the two it will want to switch up on me. there will also be the situation that it will also glitch when I go between screens 1-3.

Been dealing with this with my truck all ownership. Especially annoying when these stupid thin walled tires get a single leak.

My VIN is affected. Never had any issues with the 12 inch screen. The 14 inch screen will often hang and freeze up especially when I just have the screen on not the engine running. Although I always suspected that was an Android Auto issue.

Have to agree to your point! I get soooo excited seeing exposed rock when I'm up in the UP then I see the views of the trip or even the map and it is insane how different it is in the western half of the country.

So the idea is to change the angle of the air dam to angle it moreso to the ground as well as to deflect wind from the tires?

I would much perfer something akin to what I installed on my taco but also for the driver's side. The hardware is all there. the only thing I wish for my install is a better pastic cover for it. The OEM plastic cover is like $3 bucks so a proper one for the grab handle should be no more than 10...

On the ECO tune have you guys noticed any appreciable MPG increase?

That's really surprisingly odd that this would be their solution. From my own Tacoma and some discussion on this forum, the issue was with the cable. I, as with a few people on here, fixed it by putting an o ring on the spot of the attachment point to the truck. Perhaps this is another issue...
