AK030 are the Trailhunter and AK040 are the Pro ones. I’ll have to dig through my records to see if I can find the fender liners.
I’ve been contemplating swapping to the Pro glossy flares.
Using it as a Bluetooth key used to be spotty at best. It was never in the foreground and always had to be re opened for it to work. Using it as a key to start was even less reliable. But now with it logging me out all the time it’s even less usable.
To be clear, I am able to drive with it and...
Waiting on an app update before I try the app again. Otherwise I’m going to end up smashing this phone on the ground due to frustration of paying for something beyond useless.
I’ve not made any changes to the phone and my Tesla app has no problems so I don’t think it’s a new security setting from Apple. I’m hoping it is the Toyota app update from 9/4 and the next one fixes this issue. In its current state this app is only good as an emergency key.
My app keeps logging me out. This makes my engine start shortcut worthless. Not to mention using the app as my key. Is there a trick to staying logged in?
I have an engine shield, transmission shield, 2 arb recovery points, front recovery points, factory tri fold, RCI sliders with kick out and top plate full size spare on matching TRD wheel. The bed is usually empty otherwise. It rides fine and quiet with it empty but these springs love to have...
I transferred everything from the factory set to all dogs. I also loosened then tightened the arms and links as mentioned in one of the above posts. Never had any sounds.
Maybe it’s due to the angle of your wheel in your photos but the caster looks off to me.
My caster was negative by a little from spec and after installing front lift springs I was getting slight rubbing but only when turning right while slowing and going up into a driveway. So if you do get...
Does anyone know what this part is for and the part number?
it is a silver piece just 1 inch ahead of the transmission support crossmember on the frame . Both sides have it. My driver side one got mangled.
I would do the rear TRD. It’ll be cleaner looking. If you’re looking for the least amount of noise I would also check out if your truck has ESE exhaust sound enhancement and turn it off if you do.
I changed both exhaust sections with the TRD version. It’s been over 10,000 miles and I still like the sound. If you’re not looking for noise change just do the rear section (tips). It’s minimal exhaust note change.
All that weight could add up. Greenlane has aluminum sliders. Those would cut some of your overall weight. Also consider looking for take offs of off-road suspensions or hybrid sport springs.
