Yes you have to use the pigtail which connects by the washer fluid it is tight tough to get too to connect back wires to the switches

Agreed I’m no electronic guru by any means but with some help from SPV and figuring out that I had to get power to the switch from the engine compartment all was hooked up and working properly but it is #4 aux

I looked at your second picture a little better is that the underside of door panel and door if so your door drain plugs might be clogged

That is your pigtail that connects the back wiring to connect to your auxiliary switch
