Damn, I need to move to the PNW with all the OEM stuff yall listing. Too poor to get the full pkg offer by Toyota, and told myself I’d slowly update pieces here and there as they come up since I’m sure ppl would upgrade their trucks. Been debating between 5100s or OEM OR shocks. These are a steal!

Ok yeah. Mine are like that on both sides also. Good to know it wasn’t a “me issue” only. I was a little concerned at first but figured I’m not gonna be hanging the truck by those hooks so it’s probably ok. 😂

Is this fitment for all trim levels ‘24+?

That’s awesome dude. Did you have this when u installed the RCI piece with the tow hooks where it didn’t sit flush, even when you cranked down on it? (Notice the slight wave in the crossmember)

Nah, I did not. Same boat, realistically, I don’t think I’d need it. If it becomes a serious trail rig then I’d prob would, but that’s not in the budget. I got the OEM red hoops instead of the trans-skid lol.

Great prices! I got my skid for $310 and crossmember for $65. I like the oem look as well.

Nice taco PNWkip. SR5 LB in underground myself. Need to save money for wheels/tires but like that blue/gold look - reminds me to old school Subaru STi

Thanks. Yeah it didn’t really bother me all that much, just wondered if it was ok to be kinda crooked pressing against the bend on the crossmember but I guess it’s fine as long as it’s tightened down against it. I’ll check when I do oil changes to make sure it hasn’t loosened up or anything.

That’s wasn’t a bad idea either. I probably could have saved some more cash and tried to find another loop from someone and painted or have it powder coated red….ah well Did not realize some other plates could mount without the cross member, but I really liked the “TOYOTA” so I got the LC plate...

Is all the mounting hardware also included? I’m guessing install instructions weren’t included since it was from factory?

I don’t know if you’d really call it a “mod” but upgrading the cardboard they call a skid plate to a factory skid hopefully wouldn’t void any warranty? I’ve been needing to swap mine out for the LC “TOYOTA” one.
