I did mine a few weeks ago, pretty sure I have the same cheap-o Harbor Freight torque wrench but I couldn’t get it to fit over the two rear bolts. Going in from the hood with an extension was pretty easy though.
I have a 24 off road premium hybrid and I do 1 - 2 week stints working onsite all over the world. I haven’t had any issue with the battery coming back, either when I leave it at home or at the airport. My understanding is there was a bad batch of low voltage batteries in the first hybrid run...
Maybe it’s just mine, but I found that there’s a weird conflict between Apple CarPlay and the Toyota app. Every time I start the car, I hit “ignore” on the pop up from Toyota on my phone and it works fine.
There’s also a problem connecting to wireless CarPlay if I leave Bluetooth off on my...
I confirmed on mine, camera is only blocked when the props are in, otherwise it’s not blocked but you can’t really drive around without the props. Slid the rails as far as I could before they contacted the tailgate when it’s closed, still blocked.

The production quality on your videos is incredible!
What’s the offset on those methods? Wondering what I can get away with when it’s time to swap my tires out.
2024 TRD OR premium hybrid, bought it used. Truck came with the Toyota accessory hard trifold, opening it up all the way blocks the rear view camera feeding the rear view mirror. I assumed that was just the penalty for having a trifold but I saw a post on another forum saying they liked their...
I bought mine second-hand, but it had all of the trim blacked out except the Toyota logo and red tow hooks.
If I get a break from work here one of these days, I’d swap in the bronze letter heritage grill and some bronze wheels for a bit of a Subaru STI look.
In the comments on the youtube, someone had a good point: if the original transmission had metal shavings in it and dealer replaced it without flushing/replacing the transmission cooler (radiator) and lines, they're probably still clogged. So the new transmission wasn't getting enough cooling.
