24 Tacoma trd sport Cobb AP won’t install

Got my Cobb accessport and went to install it and it says does not currently support my vehicle. I updated the firmware on both my Mac and pc and still no luck. I am using the gateway bypass cable. Anybody else run into this issue?

Yes it did. I tried to call Cobb yesterday but it said they were closed for training. I submitted a ticket and still haven’t heard back

Make sure you are NOT on beta accessport software. There’s a setting you can uncheck in APM on your pc. That was my issue.
