Very nice looks good, is the level kit just the 1.5” on the front only?

Yes, only front, levels the truck perfect.

I also prefer a slight nose up, the front end higher than rear, Baja style. keeps nose up off-roading at speed and helps with hard braking. I did that setup with my 2005 X-Runner, 2" inch Renton drop coils up front and 3" rear steel block drop.

I've got the same truck in auto. In your pic below, is the tailgate seam on the driver side wider than on the pass side? It is on mine.

By a little, not much

Picking up same truck tomorrow, and hope to order the 1.5” and 275/70/18 KO3s during the week. You mentioned it drives like your old Tacoma in regards to comfort, how would you describe the ride difference from the stock tires/suspension to the larger tire (10ply) and spacers over coilovers?

i am also considering the 2.5” spacers from ready lift, but I’m afraid the rear will feel too stiff with he 1” pucks in the rear.

i want to keep the stock feel as much as possible

Reviving this thread for the sake of the MT....how is it driving 33's with stock gears? I have an SR MT that came with 245/70R17 tires, so they are skinny and 31" tall, and smaller than the wider 32" tall tires that come on the TRD trims. With you stepping up to 33" 265/70R18, did you notice any power loss? I already feel that second gear sucks at low speed, it just kinda bogs down when I'm in my alley going slow.

I want to pick up a set of Sport wheels, but the tire options sort of suck on 265/65. Debating if I want to go all the way up to 265/70 or not. Just don't want to ruin the fun acceleration it has currently, and I already feel it lugs a bit in 2nd at slow speed, so trying to not make that too much worse.

I never noticed anything because I never knew how it drove with stock tires.

It has plenty of go in the low gears due to 4.30 gears. Yet, I got it up to 107 one day, so plenty even on the top end when you need it.

I have squawked the rear tires into 2nd and 3rd off a stop sign with aggressive shifting and higher rpms.

Thanks for the input. We do have different perspectives since I’m starting with a lot smaller tire. I’m a teeny bit concerned about the torque loss, I think I’m going to go with off-road wheels instead and run 265/70R17. Keeps it a bit smaller and same as stock with a lot more tire options so I can choose a load range C tire.
