A Quick Look at 3 Upcoming Mabett Tacoma Upgrades

We have a few more Mabett products for the 4th-Gen Tacoma getting close to launch.

Before they officially go live, we wanted to share a quick preview here with the Tacoma4G community and give everyone an early look at what’s coming next.

1. Mabett Seat Covers

For Tacoma owners who use their truck every day and want to keep the original seats protected without changing the clean factory-style look of the cabin.

Some seat covers can be frustrating to install, with openings that do not line up well or a finished look that feels too much like a generic add-on. These were refined through repeated vehicle test fitting to better follow the original seat contours, with dedicated openings for the side airbags, seat belts, and seat controls — helping make installation more straightforward and the finished look feel more integrated with the Tacoma interior.

2. Mabett Truck Bed Mat & Tailgate Mat

For Tacoma owners who regularly use the bed and tailgate as a full working cargo space — hauling supplies, loading larger items, or organizing gear directly in the bed.

The truck bed and tailgate both take a lot of abuse from everyday loading and unloading, which can lead to scratches, dents, and long-term wear. Cargo can also slide around in the bed, and if only the bed is protected, the tailgate is still left exposed as a high-contact area. This set pairs a truck bed mat with a tailgate mat to help protect both areas together, with wear-resistant TPE that stays flexible in temperature extremes and adds a bit of extra cushioning when organizing gear in the bed.

3. Mabett Retractable Ratchet Straps

For Tacoma owners who regularly carry loose cargo, boxes, gear, or daily supplies in the bed and want a quicker way to secure items before driving.

Regular tie-down straps can get messy, tangled, and annoying to store. Each time you load or unload, you may have to find the strap, pull it out, secure the cargo, and put it away again. The Mabett retractable ratchet design keeps the straps mounted and ready to use, then retracts them after use to reduce clutter and tangles. It also offers two mounting height options and is designed not to interfere with tonneau cover installation.

Aftermarket 4th gen tailgate dampers are a crap shoot and oem is quite pricey.

Tailgate dampers are definitely on our radar, but we should do a bit more research first. Thanks for the suggestion.
