I’ve basically just ripped them out using pliers but that metal is soooo thin I feel like I’m about to bend it

Best I could do was apply a little outward pressure from the female side while simultaneously depressing the little raised portion on the back side trying to capture the progress before moving to the other raised portion, but yea, PIA
