Cab Roof Black Wrap to Match the TRD Pro -- Post Your Pics

I have a 2024 TRD Sport, and I really like the black-painted accent on the cab roof of the TRD Pro—it's a great look IMO.

I’ve been considering having mine wrapped to achieve a similar style, but I’m curious—has anyone else thought about doing the same?

Also, the costs?

Any reason you didn't do the top of the doors similar to the TRD Pro?

I actually thought I may only do the door pillars and have the vinyl end at the corner of the cab and not do the very top that leads all the way to the top of the back window. Not sure on that but I may just ask the Wrapping Company what it would cost to do either way? Because many of the parts go back and forth from Orange to Black it may appear that it was factory along with giving a whole new look.

I wrapped my roof, a-pillars, mirrors and hood scoop. I say go for it bro. It’s a good look for the truck. I had it done by a pro and he wrapped my hood and front end in clear PPF too. Too hard for me to do haha.

I have a White TRD Sport when I went to the place for a quote to wrap the roof and mirrors and maybe the flares the wrap shop suggested I get a quote from a body shop to paint as well. He was concerned even with the better product I think PPF the sun would just kill the wrap after a few years. I am going to get a few paint estimates next week or two.

Yeah that makes sense. Get a few quotes before you pull the trigger. I keep my truck garaged so I went with the vinyl. Looking back it would’ve been a better long-term option to paint instead haha.

did not feel that vinyl would cover the door tops very well . the look would b funky looking when a door was opened
a paint job would look clean on the door insides , door jams

That looks great!!

Would you wrap it again if you were to do it over again or would you paint it instead like some here have suggested?

I like the idea of returning it to stock colour if I want to. So wrap works for me. If the wrap starts to degrade then I’ll just wrap it again.
