Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but i was looking for an install guide for this some where online since i just purchased this a couple of weeks ago and couldn't find one so figured i would put what i did to help others.
The kit is mostly plug and play from toyota. The kit comes with the 2 light bars 5 clip on brackets with 3m tap for the light bars and the wiring harness. However, what is not mentioned that the wiring harness had a solid electrical module attached to is with the relay that needs to be mounted. (This is probably why the toyota one is much more expensive, sorry i should have taken a picture of the module before i installed it) and a bracket for mounting the module.
To install the module, i lowered the spare tire so that I had a better view of the possible mounting points for the module. Once you do that you can see a spot to the right of the spare that already has one hole so you will need to drill another one to mount it. Once you do that it mounts easy above and away from the spare and goes into the space above that and between the bottom of the bed. Once that is done the rest is pretty easy, plug in the new harness to the 7pin and the clips from the light bars (male and female only go in one way). Hopefully the pictures explain it better and if you have questions just ask.
