Control arm plugs (air dam removal)

So I printed my own plugs to proactively plug my control arms holes. But when i went under there they were already plugged!? Does Toyota do this as an option from the factory? My truck was newly purchased from a dealer lot with 30 miles on it. However it never had an air dam on it. Just has my brain wondering now?

Yeah, and the list price is $3.82 each. So, if you have a 3d printer...
(I'd have gone to a parts store or Amazon and found something cheaper).

Yes, some trucks come with them already installed.

Seems to be that the models that came without the airdam i.e. Off:Road, TRD Pro, and Trailhunter. Came with the hole plugged. Looks like Toyota must have come across the sound during testing and plugged them from the factory.
