I've got a 25 Limited and noticed sometimes (1 out of 10 maybe?) when just unlocking and getting in on some mornings after it's sat all night outside that there's a short burst of popping noise that sounds like an AC vent blend door actuator that's stuck. It quits after about 2 seconds, starts immediately after I open the driver door and it pops about 5 seconds in that time before stopping right about the time I get into the seat or start looking around to find out. It sounds like it's buried deep in the dashboard directly in front of the steering wheel and underneath the HUD projector, which would make sense for a vent actuator. Anyone else had this happen to them? It's not annoying but definitely gets my attention before I get in to start the truck and infrequently enough it surprises me. Will try to record it if I can remember to get my phone ready. Throughout the day I never hear it again.
