The first pop when I grab the handle - I hear that nearly every time I push the door open or even lean my leg on it while driving.

Am I being too OCD?

Taking it into the dealership tomorrow for this plus two additional rattles (sunroof rattle is recurring, additional rattle/clicking sound near/under steering column).

Hopefully I don’t leave the dealership tomorrow with four rattles 🤣

Not the same issue but I have various other rattles on interior. I'm curious what happens when you take it to a dealership for a rattle, I never have bothered assuming it would just be "ok we drove it around and we think we got it" when they did nothing but made me sit there 30 minutes. Maybe I'm too cynical. Let me know how it goes. And no, not too OCD these are too expensive to feel cheap and rattley and loose.

They acknowledged this and two other rattles (sunroof and steering column), and ordered some parts. So at least it’s documented/acknowledged and will get resolved.

Usually they either say it is normal or we couldn’t reproduce the sound. Dealers should have to post a bond when one buys a car the they perform. Reason is a lot of big corporations are buying up dealerships everywhere and they just don’t GAF anymore what one thinks.
