I bought a used DV8 rack and did some cutting and drilling to mount it on a Retrax w/T-Slots.

As you can see, it is made to mount on bed rails. I've reached out direct to DV8 and they do not have plans to make a model that mounts on T-Slots.
I cut off the portion that hangs down into the bed, and then drilled. Pretty easy if you have the cutting tools. Definitely not a professional job, but I got an easily adjustable length rack, and I got to keep the Retrax. It's firm, with no lateral wobble. Should be able to keep my future RTT cab height or a tiny bit below.
