No issues with mine. I do have air bags where those tiny bump stops were located. It’s hard to believe in your case that would be the issue. Did they install the rear shocks in the right location? There are two holes on the top of the mounting location where the stabilizing pin of the shock sits in. Make sure it’s located in the outer hole.
