Electronic Hand Controls For Disabled Drivers

I have a 2025 Taco 4X4 OR and I'm wondering if anyone has installed Electronic Hand Controls to control the accelerator and brake in their Taco. I didn't need such a device when I bought my Taco last April. Due to a back injury and now drop foot, I may need this. I haven't been able to drive since August 12, 2025, and I miss it. I have had surgery on my Right leg to fix the compressed nerves causing the drop foot (my right foot), and have had PT, which is helping my condition. It's a slow process. I'm not looking for sympathy, just trying to explain my need. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

I would look for a local handicap vehicle outfitter.
They would be the safest option.

Im a quadriplegic so dont have use of my legs at all. I just have a set of Monarch A1 mechanical hand controls in my truck and they work great. I'm hesitant to get electric hand controls as they have been much less reliable in my experience than the standard oldshool mechanical set. United Access installed mine but any mobility dealer should be able to do it no problem
