This does not list it as working with 2024+ Tacomas... Does this work with a tonneau cover, meaning does it sit slightly behind the T rail so the brackets clear? And will there be a version that does not cover the 12v outlet box?

Hi, this panel only fits 2005–2023 Tacoma and does not work with 2024+ models. It is installed beneath the rail. It can be used with a tonneau cover provided that the mounting points for the panel are not occupied by the tonneau hardware. We’ll forward your requests to our R&D team.
