Help ! 12mm x 1.25 OEM hook bolts

I ordered the westcott designs tow hooks, but they are thicker than the OEM hooks. That paired with the aftermarket crossmember on the SR5 left very few threads to bite into. When I went to 75# they stripped those couple threads.

I've been all over town looking for a longer M12 x 1.25 but can't find anything. Even the Toyota dealer wasn't able to help.
I found them at one place but they weren't stainless and would have rusted.
