I just installed this intake and wanted help/suggestions.
Did any of you have issues with step 28. Mounting the sensor the the supplied bracket? The wire on my sensor was at least 1" too short, so i couldn't bolt the sensor to the bracket. I just tie strapped it to the bracket instead.
FYI for anyone who buys this intake.
1. Ensure all parts are in the box before starting. I know, common sense, but i didn't. I was missing 1 coupler 3" ID x 2.5" (Step 15). I just bought a new coupler from the automotive store for $13.
2. Getting the Y tube/ejector fitting into the intake tube took some time (Step 19). After installing the grommet, its a tight fit to get the Y tube installed.
3. Reusing factory spring clamps for step 25 wasn't feasible for me. The supplied hose OD is larger then the factory hose it replaced. No ways the factory spring clamps would fit. Luckily i had extra hose clamps laying around.
