Locking Tailgate or Dual-Climate Zones?

Do any of the 2024 models offer:

(1) a tailgate that can be locked
(2) Driver/Passenger separate temperature controls?

I'm looking at getting an SR5 but fear that this lower model will not offer these (if at all)?

From the Canadian info I have seen, the dual zone AC is only available on the Premium Sport and Off Road. I have not seen a power locking tailgate in any info...that is concerning to me.

Any packages that have the power tailgate are locked when the truck is locked as well. Some of those also have dual zone climate control.

I know the power tailgate has these features, but the SR5 does not offer the power tailgate. I wanted to know if the SR5 tailgate has a key lock. My 2014 SR5 does not and I really wish it did!
