Has anyone ordered anything from this company? How was your experience?

This forum is inundated with obtuse, very vague ads from them.. and it’s pretty annoying to see the page flooded yet again with these said posts

What is their relevance? How are they allowed to constantly and consistently post to this forum? Not hating much, just curious.

Yes, I've ordered from them three times now and I can recommend them based on these three experiences. Might be placing a fourth order soon too. I've saved money by DMing them (Josh) via this forum and asking for their best price on whatever I'm looking for. If I find it for the same or better elsewhere, he has been willing to sharpen his pencil a bit more if he can.

I've ordered some substantial items such as my ARB front bumper, NACHO lights, Dobinsons front coils, and ARB premium recovery kit. Working on a potential second Dobinsons order for upper and lower trailing arms and panhard bar now.

Almost forgot to mention. Josh has been very responsive and gets back to me quickly when I DM.

I have no affiliation with them other than being a customer as described above.

STAY AWAY-I order from them 2 times getting the product not a problem, the problem came when I had an issue with one of the beat sonic amp's I installed in my tundra, I could not get the amp to stay powered on in my tundra no matter what I tried, this company before you return requires pictures of the installed product along with pictures of it not working before they even consider a return. All kinds of T/S on my end finally got them to issue a return label. product was sent back and there was a mix up on my end during T/S I had another harness from my Tacoma I was swapping around to try and isolate the power issue. Beat sonic asked me about and I explained what happened and they agreed to take $10 off the return for the older harness, No bigge Right? Well, these Clowns Joshua at Meraki shit works have refused to return my money after months and multiple credit card disputes, this is still ongoing from April folks a simple return and these guys have refused a return that was accepted and authorized by Beat sonic, if this post stops 1 person from buying from them ill consider the $300 lost worth the investment so someone else does not get screwed over.

(n)😲 Wow, so sorry to hear this. Thanks for posting about your experience. While my previous interactions have been good, this is really bad to hear. I appreciate you posting it adjacent to my old recommendation so people can see that not all have had good experiences. Ugh.

To this address this situation.

The product was purchased, and then we received a demand letter saying he wants a return label and full refund with no context. We told him we would need some type of proof that the product is faulty otherwise it would not be a 100% refund. We still provided a return label for the product and when Beat sonic received it, the product was in 100% working capacity. We also received the product back with another old harness instead of the one we had sent so explained we would have to deduct that from the refund amount. However, he still demanded a full refund which we explained, we can not do since we did not get the product back as we sent it + there is nothing wrong with the product itself so the return shipping would not be covered. We offered multiple refunds that is fair for both parties but a 100% refund will not work. We have all email communications where we make this offer.

This is not accurate whatso ever the refund amount was $307 as agree to, the product did not work in my truck period! tried everything to make it work and the reason the other harness was sent back in error and agreed to the reduce refund by $10, this was all agreed to and NEVER to this moment has that refund been provided, Nor has anyone ever offered any other refund amount.

We have multiple emails that we tried to offer you a refund of the paid amount - $10 for the harness and return shipping. You denied and wanted a 100% refund. Then a CC dispute was opened up and now we incurred charges for that as well.

I have reached out several times recently to try and resolve and this retailer has not responded once, he has left me no other option but to escalate again to CC company for refund, All this nonsense would stop if they would actually send a refund offer instead of words like, 10% 15% this or that, there has been no offer of a refund only offer to keep adding to their cost. I have been open to resolve from the start and offered to drop dispute if we could settle on a refund amount, that amount was never provided from the retailer to be agreed to or any counteroffer whatsoever. I am still waiting on their refund offer to this very minute. they mention costs, but neglect to mention the cost of having my tundra brought to the dealer due to that amp blowing fuse and causing Error lights on the dash, I asked nothing more than the price of the amp minus the harness mix up, if they wanted to deduct shipping at this point whatever, but let's not start adding up costs here, this has been going on since April.
