Hey everyone, checking in from Alexandria, VA.
New to the group and officially a first‑time Tacoma owner. I’ve spent most of my life in the Jeeping world (a handful of Wranglers over the years) and even had an F‑150 Raptor in the mix. After going back and forth between a Gladiator and a Tacoma for my next daily driver, I finally took the plunge and picked up a 2025 Tacoma Trailhunter around Thanksgiving.
I also run an INEOS Grenadier that I’ve taken across the country on some long overlanding trips, so the Tacoma is joining a household that already knows its way around dirt, mud, and questionable gas stations. I wanted something a bit more comfortable for the daily grind but still capable enough to have fun on the weekends. so far, the Trailhunter is checking all the boxes.
Early impressions have been solid. In fact, I ended up towing out an F‑150 and a GMC 2500 yesterday, so the truck wasted no time earning its keep. No complaints so far.
Looking forward to learning from the group, sharing some stories, and seeing how everyone is building out their rigs.
