OEM front tow hook upgrade

When I ordered mine they flagged them & put a hold on the order as not fitting the Tacoma based on the VIN. I had to email them explaining that the 4 Runner & Tacoma share the same platform, & included screenshots from other dealerships advertising the same part #'s for Tacomas before they'd ship them.

I'll probably bite the bullet and get it, hopefully catch it on one of the sales they have throughout the year.

I bit the bullet and it still stings. Here in Canada I paid CDN $690 with taxes in for the TRD skid plate for my OR. I guess that’s about US $492.
But it was required, as that soft plastic thingy had to go. Done now and it’s been protecting my truck now for 6 months.
