Parking Brake connector location

I have a problem that I need some help with. We are on a trip towing my 24 tacoma OR behind my rv. Some clown pulled the retaining clip on the pin between the hitch and the towbar and the towbar came apart from the rv. The safety cables kept us together and it was at about 25 mph so the the damage was not bad to either vehicle but the grill shutters were destroyed but the radiator is fine.

For some reason the electronic parking brake is now malfunctioning and not allowing me to deactivate it while towing.

Does anyone know where the fuse or connector is for the parking brake motor?

Wow, that just makes me all kinds of . It's one of those things that make you wonder WTF,and why?, it's not like they were going to follow you too watch the train wreck

Thanks for the info. I will crawl under the truck and see what I can see.

Why someone would take the clip out is beyond me but there were about 6 homeless guys in the parking lot. I am glad no one was hurt. Now have locking pins as I did before but they kept getting fouled and I would have to cut them off.
