RCI Rear Differential Skid plate. Packing????

Received a rear differential skid plate today from RCI. FORTUNATELY it came through shipping unscathed, despite the packaging. Multiple holes in the box where the plate had come through, ZERO PACKAGING/PADDING material in the box! Come on RCI! You have a good rep out there; please up your game when it comes to packing your shipments!
