Seat Covers for xtra-cab fold flat seat?

I'll start with yes I read through what I think was all the seat cover threads, didn't find the answer I'm looking for. I want to put seat covers on my new ride and can't seem to find if there are seat covers for the new fold flat seat with the built-in workstation. has anyone successfully done seat covers for these.

First off, welcome from another xtracab fan (not many of us out there aside from the commercial fleet guys ). Pretty sure you’re looking for “nice/fitted” covers designed specifically for our trucks and unfortunately, AFAIK, there aren’t any currently on the market. I ended up getting some basic terry towel-type universal covers to just keep the seats in good shape and have been very happy w/ them. Are they a stylish, permanent solution? No. Do they protect the seats well enough to keep them looking like the day I drove it off the lot despite my inability to contain/control the little pieces of Cane’s chicken or whatever else gets away from me at lunch? Absolutely yes. They don’t look bad imo, though not nice like the Katzkins I initially was hoping to get. They’re easy to remove for cleaning and allow for continued use of the fold down seat functionality. I’ll add a front and back pic below so you can see if they’d be anything you’d want. The cargo net and plastic hook for hanging bags, etc. when the seat is upright are also very inexpensive items you may be interested in picking up as well. Several companies make all of these things and I got them all long enough ago that I can’t remember exactly which these are or I’d provide links for you (but guessing all of these types of seat covers, nets, etc are essentially slight variations of the same thing).

Same here, I tried many different seat covers and none work for the fold down work seat. I complained to one of the manufacturers when I sent my seat covers back because there people kept telling me I was installing wrong. After I sent them pictures of the fold down seat they agreed they did not have a seat cover that worked.

Well people I took a chance and went with one of the few of those companies that fill you feed with ads. How ever I went with the only one that said the covers would fit over the fold flat seat with the table tray (and put it in an email). Good news they do fit but you do lose the use of the table tray on the seat back. Now I did remove the cargo net grabber bolts that hold the plastic tray onto the seat and replace with a bolt, washer, and spacer set up. I went with the tweed option because I don't like the neoprene options.

Seat Covers Unlimited they take a while to ship but they did fit.

I’m not holding my breath. I wanted the Xtracab but really disappointed that Toyota only offered it in SR and SR5 trims. I bought an SR5 and now I’m spending quite a bit of money to upgrade it to my liking.

Leather seat covers could be nice. I talked to a local upholstery shop. He told me they could do it. They would have to buy a regular seat, cover and modify it. I guess by cutting it and getting the edges mounted beneath that hard table. Of course that adds to the expense considerably. .
