I get that feedback is hard to gather when someone raises a shipping issue instead of answering your design questions. Airborne’s problem sounds frustrating, but it doesn’t help you decide on roof rack compatibility or material options. For future threads, maybe ask for a quick poll format to keep replies on track.

On a side note, Subaru Outback owners will appreciate this kind of custom cover research, since a good outdoor cover matters for long trips. I’ve used a similar cover from this business and the fit was solid right out of the box, which makes me think your Pro design could work well if you test the strap system with a rack installed.

My truck has a roof rack with two storage boxes mounted on it. It would be hard to get a car cover over it. A lifter would be needed. Can’t see myself needing a cover.
