I think for the 4th gen 33’s or even 34” is the perfect fit for no trimming or rubbing.
With that said the 35” and 37” looks badass.

but… you will suffer with turn radius, mpg significantly and ride quality. If you’re able to stomach that then you’re golden.
If the truck is a recreational vehicle no biggie! If it’s your daily, then you’re going to hate it eventually. That’s my opinion.

Here’s mine. 2025 TRD off-road premium with the factory lift. I did 285 70 17 Ridge grapplers. Rides nice, getting 21 mpg living in central az.

To your point, 33s are super practical and comfortable for daily driving — I may bump up to 34s if I can fit without issue
